Josephine K. Petrick Is Recertified by California Bar as a Certified Appellate Law Specialist
The State Bar of California has recertified Josephine K. Petrick as a Certified Appellate Law Specialist for a new five-year term, running June 1, 2026 through June 1, 2031.
The Appellate Law Specialist designation is awarded through the California State Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization. Petrick earned the certification through an advanced appellate-law bar examination, peer and judicial review, documented appellate experience, and ongoing specialist education, and earned the recertification this year by showing continued, substantial appellate work as well as favorable evaluations by other attorneys and judges familiar with her work.
