Fred Norton Named to 2027 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America List

Norton has been on the front line of courtroom battles and negotiations for over 25 years, serving as lead counsel in billion-dollar IP cases, bet-the-company antitrust disputes, and closely watched appeals. A former partner at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP and former Vice President of Litigation at SolarCity and Tesla, he draws on extensive experience at the intersection of business and litigation. He co-founded The Norton Law Firm in 2017.
Norton has delivered high stakes results for both plaintiffs and defendants, including a $1.3 billion jury verdict for Oracle against SAP and a complete defense win for American Express in a nationwide consumer class action. He also regularly appears before state and federal courts of appeal in significant commercial matters.
