The Norton Law Firm is pleased to announce that partner Fred Norton has been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America guide.
The annual guide recognizes attorneys who have decades of experience in leading roles in state or federal courts, as well as before government entities, in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, product liability, mass torts, securities and financial services litigation, white collar and government investigations, administrative proceedings, class actions, antitrust, energy and technology matters, as well as intellectual property, trademark and patent disputes. Norton is an accomplished trial lawyer and an advocate for his clients in complex civil litigation, including antitrust, intellectual property, and government investigations. He has an established track record of significant successes at every stage of litigation and has also represented clients on appeal in the United States Supreme Court, and in federal and state appellate courts. Prior to establishing The Norton Law Firm in 2017, Norton served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Litigation at SolarCity and continued in that role after the company was acquired by Tesla. He was previously in private practice where he obtained a $13 billion jury verdict for Oracle against rival SAP and also achieved a complete defense win for American Express in a nationwide class action valued at more than $500 million.
