Fred Norton Named to 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America Guide

Norton is an accomplished trial lawyer and an advocate for his clients in complex civil litigation, including antitrust, intellectual property, and government investigations. He has an established track record of significant successes at every stage of litigation and has also represented clients on appeal in the United States Supreme Court, and in federal and state appellate courts. Prior to establishing The Norton Law Firm in 2017, Norton served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Litigation at SolarCity and continued in that role after the company was acquired by Tesla. He was previously in private practice where he obtained a $13 billion jury verdict for Oracle against rival SAP and also achieved a complete defense win for American Express in a nationwide class action valued at more than $500 million.
