The Norton Law Firm is proud to announce that it has been recognized on the 2025 Best Places to Work in the Bay Area list, published by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal. According to the editors of the survey, Best Places to Work in the Bay Area recognizes “companies that go beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees.” The winners are based on surveys of employees conducted by Quantum Workplace. Results are based entirely on employee feedback and reflect strong performance in leadership, culture, benefits, and other key metrics.
The Norton Law Firm earned a score of 94.5 out of 100 for its commitment to employee engagement and for fostering a workplace where employees willingly go above and beyond in their work, advocate for the organization, and intend to stay into the future.
Co-founder Fred Norton expressed his appreciation, saying, “We’re grateful to our team for shaping our work environment every day and for contributing to everyone’s success. Our litigation practice is not from a playbook. Our culture is to view the practice of law as a craft in which everyone collaborates in the process and the results. We hire great lawyers and legal professionals, and we trust and support them in developing litigation strategies around clients’ business needs. That works well for clients and it works well for our firm.”
Co-founder Bree Hann added, “We are committed to excellence across the board, and it’s gratifying to receive this recognition. We emphasize every day that we are a team, and everyone on this team plays. Having an extraordinary group of people who are all fully engaged and committed not only results in great work, it makes for a great place to work. We are very pleased our colleagues share our enthusiasm for the firm and our mission.”
