“Concepts take a long time to be socially accepted. But there’s a growing body of people in America who are ready and just want an answer. [Non-practicing entities] are already using it. We’re already behind.”
Jo’s remarks were part of the larger conversation at the American Arbitration Association’s Future Dispute Resolution conference. Highlights of the panel discussion included insight into how AI can help automate some of the most onerous parts of litigation and arbitration, arrive at decisions faster, streamline legal costs, and level the playing field between patent trolls and their targets.
