Emily Kirk is an associate* at The Norton Law Firm. Emily recently graduated from UC Davis School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor of the UC Davis Law Review and was a two-time Reynoso Academic Achievement Award recipient. As a law student, Emily externed for the Honorable James Donato of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She also externed in the California Office of the Attorney General, Healthcare Rights and Access Section, where she assisted with antitrust and public health investigations. Prior to law school, Emily worked as a litigation paralegal in San Francisco.
Emily earned a bachelor’s degree in international political economy and a minor in music from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. While in college, Emily completed a semester-long program in global health and development policy in Geneva, Switzerland, and interned in the World Trade Center Organization’s Tacoma office.
