Leah Judge is Counsel at The Norton Law Firm. Leah is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in both state and federal courts. She has also worked closely with federal and state law enforcement agencies on government investigations into healthcare, procurement, and securities fraud.
Before joining the firm, Leah represented whistleblowers and antitrust plaintiffs at Constantine Cannon. She investigated and litigated cases under state and federal False Claims Acts and represented whistleblowers before the Securities and Exchange Commission. Leah understands how to both cultivate, and avoid, government scrutiny of a company’s conduct. She has particular expertise in healthcare-related matters and was part of the team that secured a $57 million settlement against one of the largest home health care agencies in the country.
Leah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Christina A. Snyder of the U.S District Court for the Central District of California. She earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Claremont McKenna College, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
Leah was born and raised in the Bay Area, where she now lives with her husband and son. She serves on the Board of the American Constitution Society’s Bay Area Lawyer Chapter. In a previous life, she built playgrounds with low-income communities at a national non-profit.
