Nate Nguyen is a summer associate at The Norton Law Firm from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. Before coming to law school, he represented low-income taxpayers in their tax disputes with the IRS and FTB at the Cal Poly Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, a pro bono legal clinic. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting and law, earning recognition from both the President’s and the Dean’s Honor Lists.
As a law student, Nate worked in and directed the Workers’ Rights Clinic, a student led pro bono service project that assists low-income workers seeking counsel regarding workplace disputes. He also interned at the U.S. Department of Labor last summer, gaining litigation experience in employment discrimination, workplace safety, wage and hour, and employee benefits.
